Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ali Aatif Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Item must be in original packaging with tags attached
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. However, store credit or exchange will be provided in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged item received
- Item significantly different from the product description

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
