Shipping Policy

DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days after order confirmation. Remote areas may take 5-7 working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below Rs. 2,000

CASH ON DELIVERY
COD is available across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website.

FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
